General Information

MMG Speech & Therapeutic Services, LLC is an established, therapist owned and ran pediatric outpatient clinic, in Lakewood, WA. We are located only a few minutes from I-5 and JBLM (Army & Air Force bases). MMG was established in 2013 by owner and Clinical Director, Michele Gregg. We are proud of the clinic that has grown over the past several years. We continue to expand and there are many opportunities for growth and advancement. We are dedicated to serving the local community.

We are looking for a like-minded, fun and highly motivated individuals to join our team.

We are dedicated to serving the local area and you will be collaborating with a team of Speech-Language Pathologists and an Occupational Therapist. This environment provides the ability for you to collaborate with other professionals not only in the clinic, but in the schools, with doctors and other allied professions in the community, to best serve the whole client.

We are currently seeking BOTH a Speech-Language Pathologist  and an Occupational Therapist: Full Time or Part Time

Job Requirements 

• Must have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy, from an accredited university. 
• Must hold a current Washington State SLP or OT license.
• Speech-Language Pathologists who are CF's are welcome to apply.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  

Compensation and Benefits 

Positions will be paid at an hourly rate, which is competitive. Hours are flexible with a predetermined schedule. We can create a work schedule that best fits your life!

Desired Characteristics

• One year previous experience as a pediatric or school based therapist.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to relate to clients, parents and staff.
• Professional, positive and cooperative attitude.
• Ability to organize time to accomplish goals.
