Speech-Language Pathologist
Part Time 

Job Description 

Pediatric therapy clinic in Lakewood, WA is seeking a motivated, fun and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist to add to our amazing team. We are an established and growing, therapist owned and ran pediatric outpatient clinic. 

The clinic is looking someone who would like part-time hours. We are dedicated to serving the local area and you will be collaborating with a team of Speech-Language Pathologists and an Occupational Therapist. This environment provides the ability for you to collaborate with other professionals, in the clinic, and schools/doctors and other allied professions in the community to best serve the whole client. 

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing speech therapy services for clients and families. 

Job Requirements 

Must have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, from an accredited university 
Must hold a current Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license 
Current CPR Certification 
Ability to pass a criminal background check 

Compensation and Benefits 

The position will be paid at an hourly rate, which is competitive. Hours are extremely flexible with a predetermined schedule. We can create a work schedule that best fits your life.

Desired Characteristics

One year previous experience as a pediatric or school based Speech-Language Pathologist 

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to relate to clients, parents and staff
Professional, positive and cooperative attitude
Ability to organize time to accomplish goals
