MEET THE TEAM OF MMG

MICHELE GREGG, M.S, CCC-SLP

CLINIC OWNER, SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST & 

Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist


Michele founded the clinic in 2013. She is a Washington State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, a nationally registered member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.  Michele has experience working with children and adults in various settings, to include skilled nursing, schools, early intervention and private practice.​ 


Michele believes in incorporating a variety of therapy techniques  and evidence based practices into each session. She enjoys collaborating with other professionals in the community to best serve her clients. She has extensive knowledge of school-based and military related services. She is always happy to assist families with questions regarding access to care in the schools or on base. 


Michele holds a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences & Disorders, with minors in Deaf Studies & Special Education, from the University of North Dakota. Michele is recognized as a "Natural Language Acquisition Practitioner". 


Michele is a 2022 "ASHA ACE Award" recipient. This is the formal recognition of professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning by participating in a number of continuing education courses. She has extended training in the following:

Michele's interests and specialties include: American Sign Language, Apraxia of Speech, Early Language Learners & Non/Pre Verbal Children, Feeding Therapy and Down Syndrome. Michele also enjoys teaching and mentoring future Speech-Language Pathologists. She has experience supervising and mentoring several clinical fellows, masters level interns and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

OFFICE MANAGER

RACHEL BRAULT


Rachel is MMG's Office Manager. She has been a valuable member of the team since the summer of 2020.  Her duties include answering the phones, directing messages to the appropriate persons, scheduling, greeting clients and  managing the day to day operations in the clinic. Rachel ensures that everything runs smoothly and most efficiently for our families and providers.   



Rachel graduated from the University of Washington, with her bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. 



Rachel's favorite part of working at MMG is the relationships, especially with the kids. She absolutely loves being able to interact with the kids as they come in every week. Rachel also loves that she has been able to first hand see the progress that the kids are making.

Sierra is MMG's Clinic Administrative Specialist. She can answer all of your questions regarding authorizations, schedule, referrals, insurance and payments due.

Sierra has experience working in medical  reception and administration for an ENT clinic.


Her duties at MMG include: authorizations, referrals,

Claire has experience working in private practice setting, with children. During her experience she has gained skills with pediatric assessment of oral motor skills, speech, language, pragmatics, "picky eaters", feeding/swallowing, cognition, fluency and voice. 


Claire has obtained professional development in the following areas: Pediatric Feeding Disorders, Myofunctional, Oral Motor, and Speech Sound Development, Social Communication and Neurodiversity and Sound Therapy. 


Her continuing education courses include: PROMPT Training, "SOS" Approach to Feeding (trained therapist),

Functional Assessment & Remediation of Tethered Oral Tissue, Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention, Feed the Peds,  Strengths Based Approach to Autism and Behavior, The LPT Approach to Autism [Learn, Play, Thrive] , and Foundational Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Training & Certification.

Randi received a Bachelor of Science in Education, with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She then received a Master of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders- Clinical Speech Pathology, from Northern Arizona University.


Randi has experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the hospital setting with ages 2 - adult and in the schools with preschool aged children.  Through these experiences she has had experience working with clients  with articulation and phonological disorders/delays, reading disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders/delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Apraxia, hearing aids and cochlear implants for aural habilitation and rehabilitation, clients who are deaf/hard of hearing, stuttering, and cluttering.

Manon received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Northern Arizona University. She then received a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology

Manon received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Northern Arizona University. She then received a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. 


Manon has experience working as both a Speech-Language Pathologist and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in elementary schools, working with kindergarten to 8th grade students. 


Through these experiences she worked in both general education and self-contained environments. She has gained knowledge working with children whose needs required AAC devices, articulation therapy, and comprehension and social emotional support. 


Manon also has experience working with children as an english, reading, and math tutor in the public schools, a peer mentor and a summer camp counselor from the YMCA.

Bailey has gained experience interning as a Speech-Language Pathologist graduate student, in outpatient pediatric clinics. She also worked with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), before becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist. Through this position she provided behavior therapy and early learning skills instruction to children with autism and related developmental disorders, through the lens of applied behavior analysis. 


Bailey is passionate about working with children and feels confident in her ability to be a positive role model for any little ones that she gets to spend time with. Her primary area of interest is infant and pediatric feeding and swallowing.

Lauren enjoys working at MMG due to the deep connections she forms with no only her clients but their families. Lauren loves being a part of the team!
