SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST & CLINIC OWNER
Michele founded the clinic in 2013. She attended the University of North Dakota for both her bachelor and masters degrees, graduating with honors. Michele holds minors in Deaf Studies & Special Education. She has experience working with children and adults in various settings. Michele believes in incorporating a variety of therapy techniques and evidence based practices into each session. Michele enjoys collaborating with other professionals in the community.
Michele is a Washington State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, a nationally registered member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and a member of the Washington State Speech Language Hearing Association.
Michele's interests and specialities include: American Sign Language, Apraxia of Speech, Early Language Learners & Non/Pre Verbal Children, Feeding Therapy and Down Syndrome.Michele is trained in the principles of Nancy Kaufman. She has received specialized training in the "DIR Floortime Therapy" and is a "PROMPT Level 1 Trained" therapist. Michele enjoys teaching and mentoring future Speech-Language Pathologists and has experience mentoring several therapists.

Her duties include answering the phones, directing messages to the appropriate persons, scheduling, greeting clients and managing the day to day operations in the clinic. Rachel ensures that everything runs smoothly and most efficiently for our families and providers.
Rachel currently attends the University of Washington - Tacoma. She is working on obtaining her bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice.

Anna initially joined MMG in the Summer of 2015, as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. She then acquired her masters from the University of Oregon. Anna began working as a masters level Speech-Language Pathologist at MMG, Summer 2019.
Anna also has experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum as a registered RBT before she was a Speech Assistant. Anna's areas of clinical interest include: birth to three / Early Intervention and Augmentative and Alternative (AAC) communication.

She also gained experience working with a multidisciplinary team including Speech Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Developmental Pediatricians, Neurologists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Geneticists, Developmental Pediatrician Fellows and Physical Therapists.

Jamie Lynn has experience working in outpatient pediatrics, rehab and at a state school. In her last clinical setting she gained great knowledge and experience with sensory based disorders. She can work with a large variety of diagnosis’s with clients, ranging from 12 months to 21 years.
Jamie Lynn understands that each client requires a different approach to be successful.
