MEET THE TEAM OF MMG

 CLINIC ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

Sierra is MMG's Clinic Administrative Specialist. She can answer all of your questions regarding authorizations, schedule, referrals, insurance and payments due.

Sierra has experience working in medical  reception and administration for an ENT clinic.

Her duties at MMG include: authorizations, referrals, billing, scheduling, payments and assisting with managing the day to day operations in the clinic. 

Sierra's favorite part of working at MMG is working with the families. She finds satisfaction in assisting families in efficiently obtaining authorizations and reimbursement. Sierra is excited to be part of the team!

BILLING COORDINATOR 

Andrea is MMG's Billing Coordinator. She can answer all of your questions regarding insurance and payments due. 

Andrea has formal training and holds a certificate as a Medical Assistant, from Pima Medical Institute. She also attended Concorde Career Institute where she obtained a certificate in Medical Billing & Coding. 

Andrea has experience working a a Certified Medical Assistant, Lead Front Office Assistant, Patient Coordinator, Billing Admin and Receptionist. 

Her duties at MMG include: billing insurance, collection of payments and assisting with clerical duties.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dave is MMG's Business Operations Manager. 

Dave holds a bachelors degree in Occupational Safety & Health. He served in the US Air Force for 20 years,  before becoming a full- time employee of MMG.

His primary duties are: maintaining our building, to include the indoor and outdoor areas and equipment. He also participates in meetings for safety & clinic and program improvements. Dave is involved in the maintenance and compliance related aspects of running a business. 

Lead Speech-Language Pathologist

Claire is a Washington State licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She is also a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. 

Claire received a Masters of Medical Speech-Language Pathology and a  Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.

Claire has experience working in private practice setting, with children. During her experience she has gained skills with pediatric assessment of oral motor skills, speech, language, pragmatics, "picky eaters", feeding/swallowing, cognition, fluency and voice. 

Claire has obtained professional development in the following areas: Pediatric Feeding Disorders, Myofunctional, Oral Motor, and Speech Sound Development, Social Communication and Neurodiversity and Sound Therapy. 

Her continuing education courses include: PROMPT Training, "SOS" Approach to Feeding (trained therapist),

Functional Assessment & Remediation of Tethered Oral Tissue, Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention, Feed the Peds,  Strengths Based Approach to Autism and Behavior, The LPT Approach to Autism [Learn, Play, Thrive] , and Foundational Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Training & Certification.

Speech-Language Pathologist 

Manon is a Washington State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She is also a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. 

Manon received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Northern Arizona University. She then received a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. 

Manon has experience working as both a Speech-Language Pathologist and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in elementary schools, working with kindergarten to 8th grade students. 

Through these experiences she worked in both general education and self-contained environments. She has gained knowledge working with children whose needs required AAC devices, articulation therapy, and comprehension and social emotional support. 

Manon also has experience working with children as an english, reading, and math tutor in the public schools, a peer mentor and a summer camp counselor from the YMCA. 

Speech-Language Pathologist 

Bailey is a Washington State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and a Certified Lactation Counselor. 

Bailey received a bachelor’s in psychology and minor in Philosophy, from Stetson University. She then received a post-baccalaureate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, from Pacific University. Bailey received a master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders, from Emerson College.

Bailey has gained experience interning as a Speech-Language Pathologist graduate student, in outpatient pediatric clinics. She also worked with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), before becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist. Through this position she provided behavior therapy and early learning skills instruction to children with autism and related developmental disorders, through the lens of applied behavior analysis. 

Bailey is passionate about working with children and feels confident in her ability to be a positive role model for any little ones that she gets to spend time with. Her primary area of interest is infant and pediatric feeding and swallowing. 

Speech-Language Pathologist

Randi is a Washington State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She is also a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. 

Randi received a Bachelor of Science in Education, with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She then received a Master of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders- Clinical Speech Pathology, from Northern Arizona University.

Randi has experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the hospital setting with ages 2 - adult and in the schools with preschool aged children.  

Through these experiences she has had experience working with clients  with articulation and phonological disorders/delays, reading disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders/delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Apraxia, hearing aids and cochlear implants for aural habilitation and rehabilitation, clients who are deaf/hard of hearing, stuttering, and cluttering.

Lead Occupational Therapist & Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist

Lauren is a Washington State licensed and certified Occupational Therapist and a member of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Lauren is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, from  the University of Puget Sound in 2009.

She has experience working in outpatient pediatrics, inpatient rehabilitation and schools. She has been a part of the MMG team since 2015.

Lauren enjoys working at MMG due to the deep connections she forms with no only her clients but their families. Lauren loves being a part of the team!

Occupational Therapist 

Heidi is a Washington State licensed Occupational Therapist. She is also a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). 

Heidi graduated with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Montana State University. 

Heidi has gained experience through her fieldwork with hand therapy, back to work conditioning, adult group home settings for adults with developmental delays and cognitive deficits, outpatient pediatrics, and schools.

Claire has obtained professional development in the following areas:  The Greenspan Floortime Approach & Oppositional, Defiant & Disruptive Children and Adolescents: Non-medication Approaches to the Most Challenging Behaviors. She also has a strong interest for dance. She was a dance teacher for children age 3-18. 

Heidi is a passionate OT who enjoys  working with individuals of all ages to maximize independence and improve quality of life.

Occupational Therapist

Josie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, from Washington State University and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, from the University of Puget Sound.  

She has gained experience through her fieldwork with pediatrics in schools and with adults in the hospital and outpatient settings. 

Her clinical interests include: feeding therapy, D.I.R/Floortime, and sensory integration. She is passionate about working with children and believes in fostering a therapeutic environment that is safe, welcoming, and collaborative.  

Josie enjoys working at MMG due to the opportunities to engage in client-centered practice, develop meaningful relationships with clients and their families, and work with the interdisciplinary team.  

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

April is a Washington State licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.  April has been a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, 

since 2008. 

April has also been a member of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, since 2011. 

April has skills through related coursework and experience with: myofascial release, fall prevention, modalities, kinesio taping for functional movement, trigger point in motion, Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) for functional movement, orthopedic assessment and treatment of should, wrist, forearm and hand.

April has experience working in skilled nursing, rehab, hospitals, the pediatric outpatient setting, and a school for blind and/or deaf individuals.  

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Celia is a Washington State licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.  

She has experience through her fieldwork in mental health, skilled nursing, school-based OT, outpatient orthopedics, lymphedema, acute care, and outpatient pediatrics. 

Her clinical interests include sensory integration and D.I.R. Floortime. 

Celia is an enthusiastic practitioner who values embracing what is unique about each child.  She focuses on adapting to the individual needs of the client to best facilitate attainment of their goals while forming a welcoming, fun, and creative therapeutic environment.  

Her favorite part of OT is helping clients blossom to their full potential, and cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
