Michele founded the clinic in 2013. She is a Washington State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, a nationally certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), a member of the Washington Speech-Language-Hearing Association (WSLHA), and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Michele brings experience across a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, schools, early intervention programs, and private practice, working with both children and adults.
Michele believes in incorporating a variety of therapy techniques and evidence based practices into each session. She enjoys collaborating with other professionals in the community to best serve her clients. She has extensive knowledge of school-based and military related services. She is always happy to assist families with questions regarding access to care in the schools or on base.
Michele holds a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences & Disorders, with minors in Deaf Studies & Special Education, from the University of North Dakota. Michele is recognized as a "Natural Language Acquisition Practitioner".
Michele is a 2022 "ASHA ACE Award" recipient. This is the formal recognition of professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning by participating in a number of continuing education courses. She has extended training in the following:
Michele's interests and specialties include: American Sign Language, Apraxia of Speech, Early Language Learners & Non/Pre Verbal Children, Feeding Therapy and Down Syndrome. Michele also enjoys teaching and mentoring future Speech-Language Pathologists. She has experience supervising and mentoring several clinical fellows, masters level interns and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

Rachel is MMG’s Office Manager and has been a valued member of our team since the summer of 2020. She plays a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly, handling everything from answering phones and greeting clients to scheduling, directing communication, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Rachel ensures that both families and providers have the support they need for each day to run efficiently.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from the University of Washington. Rachel brings not only professionalism and organization to her role but also a deep sense of care and dedication. She pours her heart into her work and goes above and beyond to make things easier for the families we serve.
Rachel’s favorite part of working at MMG is the relationships, especially with the kids. She loves seeing their faces each week and watching their growth over time. Being a part of their journey brings her both joy and purpose.

At MMG, Dave is responsible for maintaining the clinic’s building, including all indoor and outdoor areas, equipment, and facilities. He plays an active role in safety planning, operational meetings, and supports continuous improvements across our programs.
Dave also oversees the maintenance and compliance tasks essential to the successful operation of our clinic.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Claire is a Washington State licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She is also a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
Claire received a Master of Medical Speech-Language Pathology degree and a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
Claire has experience working in private practice settings with children. During her experience she has gained skills with pediatric assessment of oral motor skills, speech, language, pragmatics, "picky eaters", feeding/swallowing, cognition, fluency and voice.
Claire has obtained professional development in the following areas: Pediatric Feeding Disorders, Myofunctional, Oral Motor, and Speech Sound Development, Neurodiverse Social Communication, and Sound Therapy.

Randi has experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an outpatient hospital setting with ages 2 - adult and in the schools with preschool aged children. Through these experiences she has had experience working with clients with articulation and phonological disorders/delays, reading disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders/delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Apraxia, hearing aids and cochlear implants for aural habilitation and rehabilitation, clients who are deaf/hard of hearing, stuttering, and cluttering.

Manon has experience working as both a Speech-Language Pathologist and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in elementary schools, working with kindergarten to 8th grade students.
Through these experiences she worked in both general education and self-contained environments. She has gained knowledge working with children who require AAC devices, articulation therapy, and comprehension and social emotional support.
Manon also has experience working with children as an English, reading, and math tutor in the public schools, a peer mentor and a summer camp counselor from the YMCA.

Lauren is a licensed and certified Occupational Therapist in Washington State and a member of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. She is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and a Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist (CPRCS).
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 2009. She brings a diverse background with experience in outpatient pediatrics, inpatient rehabilitation, and school-based settings. Lauren has been a valued member of the MMG team since 2015.
Her professional development includes advanced training and certification in reflex integration, food chaining for picky and problem feeders, suicide prevention and intervention, pediatric pain management, and social skills interventions for individuals on the autism spectrum. She has also pursued specialized education in de-escalation strategies, trauma-informed care, and early intervention for autism using the DIR model.
